flowers

The hyacinths were laying down in mud after today's rain ... I had to bring them in.
Now we have lovely sunshine - ahhh

And here's another flower of mine.
She's taken over my art desk today and I am happy for that.
None of the old feelings of
"that's my space" or "that's my stuff."

Maybe I'm coming into bloom too.

inchies (swap?)

I suddenly wanted to make inchies today
Which I haven't done in quite a while

It felt important

I started with mark making

Mounted my paper on tag board
And cut into 1 inch squares

Added important words -
Inspired by Abilene Clark
"You is kind
You is smart
You is important"

Affirmation inchies to keep in a box or bag

*

I'm thinking of creating an inchie swap with this as a theme (one word affirmations) - would you like to play?
PM me,
or just say so in comments,
 and I'll PM you.

no fuss no muss

An easy seedling marker using a bamboo skewer and squares of cardstock. Just cut a slit at the top and the bottom to slide the skewer through.

May also be used if your garden fairies want to march on Washington.

common valor

I felt the need to be honored with a medal

The Order of the Alpaca

- bearer of burdens with grace and aplomb -
